Bachelor Santa Holiday Film Premiere Set for December 5 at the Palace Theatre Locally filmed movie highlights Western Kentucky’s growing film industry

Owensboro, KY — The magic of Christmas is coming home to Kentucky with the premiere of Bachelor Santa, a heartwarming holiday film shot in Owensboro, Kentucky. The community is invited to celebrate this festive, locally made movie on Thursday, December 5, from 7:00–9:00 p.m. at the historic Palace Theatre.
This special evening will not only showcase a feel-good Christmas story, but also spotlight the exciting momentum building across Western Kentucky’s film industry.

Tickets are $12, and all proceeds benefit MCTI and the West Kentucky Film Commission.

In addition to the film premiere, the public is invited to explore how movies like Bachelor Santa come to life in Western Kentucky. A free community information session will be held on January 5 at 6:00 p.m. at Felix E. Martin Jr. Hall, offering insight into opportunities in acting, production, set design, hospitality, tourism, and the many ways local residents and businesses can be involved in or support the growing film industry.
